Vaco by Highspring is hiring! We are seeking a Full-time Financial Services Administrative Assistant for our valued client in Orlando. This is a permanent position, with immediate hiring available. Job Duties:
  • Greet incoming guests in the corporate office
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Receive and distribute daily mail
  • Create daily payment spreadsheets for lockbox and checks
  • Send out packages and mail via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Fulfill requests for certificates of insurance
  • Restock the kitchen/break area daily
  • Forward faxes and emails as needed
  • Track and distribute Sunpasses
  • Order office supplies, snacks, and breakroom supplies for multiple locations
  • Assist the Financial Services team as needed
  • Support other areas as required
Qualifications:
  • College Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years in a receptionist/admin role and 1 year in an accounting-related role
Compensation:

Pay rate is $22/hr. Compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and organizational needs. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
