Base Pay Range
$175,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Compensation- $25,000 sign on bonus if you start before February 14, 2026!
- $175,000 = Associate Attorney
- $225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney
- $250,000 = Partner
- $45,000 in potential bonus on top of base salary

What You’ll Do- Own a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, high‑asset dissolutions)
- Lead hearings, mediations, and complex litigation strategy
- Build strong client relationships with full paralegal + intake support
- Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
- High base salary + performance bonuses
- Unlimited vacation + holidays (no cap) — take time as long as billables are met
- Leadership access and clear path to Partner consideration
