The Business Intern supports the leadership team in operational and community efforts, while acquiring training and exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Reports toExecutive Director of Leader & Brand Development
Responsibilities- Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Partners with Brand Development team for community events and outreach projects
- Partners with HR/People Team in coordination/attendance at recruiting events
- Plans, organizes, and participates in team events
- Completes all requirements of the Chick-fil-A Intern Curriculum
- Completes operational training to the Team Captain (Leader In-Training) level
- Learns systems, goals, and best practices in multiple restaurant areas (Inventory/Facilities, Food Safety, HR, Marketing, Catering, Hospitality)
- All other tasks and training as assigned

- Minimum 18 operational hours/week
- 3+ hours/week based on projects, events, and business need
- 6 months or a two semester commitment
- 18+ operational hours per week
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
