We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee mechanical construction and service operations for our Kokomo office. This role is responsible for driving project execution, operational efficiency, workforce performance, and financial results while maintaining strong relationships with clients, and trade partners. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong understanding of mechanical construction operations and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
Required Qualifications/Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction operations or project management
- Prior experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Proficiency & working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or process work preferred)
- Experience working in a union environment strongly preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
