Role Description
This is a full-time for a Masonry Foreman. Based in Grand Junction, CO, the role requires a blend of on-site leadership and occasional work-from-home administrative tasks. The Masonry Foreman will oversee daily masonry operations, manage a team of workers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with other project stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, delegating tasks, supervising heavy equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety protocols and construction practices
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in masonry leadership roles is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
