- Previous laboratory or quality control experience
- Experience working with adhesives, coatings, or chemical products is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills

Requirements
- Perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Record and document test results accurately in quality systems and lab reports
- Follow established testing procedures and quality control protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying potential improvements
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the lab environment
- Support production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications
