RequirementsRequired Skills
  • Demonstrated Signals Analysis experience in the areas of digital signal modulation, demodulation, multiplexing, forward error correction, and randomization
  • Demonstrated Protocol Analysis experience to include bit-level analysis and payload identification and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with the FORNSAT mission to include familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
  • Familiarity with systems and tools used to collect and survey signals to include GOTS tools such as WVT, DVT, and payload analysis tools
  • Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
  • Scripting experience such as Bash, Shell, etc. and/or Python coding experience
  • Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
  • Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
  • Advanced Communications Signals Analysis Course (452)
Required Education

Required Experience
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
  • Within the last ten (10) years, at least seven (7) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with DNI/DNR collection and dataflow
  • Experience in detailed protocol analysis
  • Midas-based tool experience
  • Military COMINT Signals Analyst Program (MCSAP) graduate
  • Military Signals Analyst Program (MSAP) graduate
  • Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program – Signals Analysis (MCCEP-SA) graduate
