Financial Additions is assisting a reputable non-profit client in Downtown Fort Worth with an Executive Assistant position. The ideal candidate brings a background in non-profit and has excellent job stability.

This position is in office daily and has amazing benefits and company culture.

What you will do:
  • Support Daily operations and contribute to the success of our mission
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitor, partners and donors
  • Provide administrative support
  • Senior executive scheduling for multiple executives
  • Maintain donor records and programs
  • Strong

What qualifications you will bring:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Previous administrative experience for a non-profit or foundation required
  • Executive Scheduling experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced technology/software background with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong phone etiquette and highly organized
