Pay: $20+ DOE Evening Shift
What You'll Do:
  • Be the first line of tech support via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues to keep scoring systems and office tech running flawlessly
  • Assist with password resets and user account management
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Install essential software and updates
  • Track and document support requests in our ticketing system
  • Escalate advanced issues to senior IT team members when needed
  • Deliver friendly, professional support to staff and event personnel
