Job Title: Senior Python Developer

Rate: $60-$62/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in PySpark, MongoDB, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring data quality in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Develop and maintain applications using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing
Design, develop, and optimize NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB (pipelines, indexing, schema design).
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
Troubleshoot performance issues across Python, Spark, and database layers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and architecture.
7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong experience with PySpark / Apache Spark.
Expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL, aggregation pipelines, indexing strategies).
Strong SQL skills (query optimization, stored procedures).
Solid understanding of data modeling and performance tuning.
