We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a complex B2B digital portal built on enterprise architecture leveraging SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP UI5.This role requires strong experience in enterprise B2B commerce, large-scale system integrations, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, architecture, UX, business, and executive stakeholders.
Job Description
5-8yrs of experience of working as Product manager for B2B portals
3-5 yrs of experience in one of the SAP technologies(Commerce /UI5)
Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for the B2B portal.
Identify growth opportunities in digital B2B commerce, self-service, and automation.
Own and maintain the product roadmap across multiple releases.
Prioritize initiatives using data, ROI, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Drive API-first and microservices-aligned product thinking.
Improve digital adoption for distributors, dealers, and enterprise customers.
Act as the primary interface between: Stakeholders, Architects, External system integrators, and Management
Transform the user requirement into requirements for implementation.
Use analytics and customer feedback to iterate and optimize.
Ensure consistency in design systems and responsive enterprise experience.
Advocate for usability improvements in complex B2B workflows.
Proven track record managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
