About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced assembly and metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule attainment, and labor productivity while developing high-performing frontline teams.
This is a hands‑on leadership role reporting directly to Plant Operations Leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily production activities across assembly & fabrication teams
- Plan manpower, materials, and workflow to meet production schedules
- Drive safety initiatives and maintain zero-incident standards
- Monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, labor productivity, schedule adherence)
- Lead root cause & corrective action efforts
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop Team Leaders through coaching and performance management
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics to remove production constraints
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, or metal fabrication preferred)
- 4+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of production planning and shop floor operations
- Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems
- Strong leadership, accountability, and team development skills
