Job Description:
- This consulting position requires a BA/BS in computer science/engineering, or data science/engineering, along with 5+ years of experience in IT system development and support. The role involves development and support for the Mizuho Risk Technology Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including designing, developing, and implementing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Expertise in Python programming, including experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, and Pandas.
- Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes.
- Proficient in C# programming, including experience with .NET framework.
- Experience in Fixed Income and Securitization products and their market conventions, would be a big plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
