We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer / Conversational AI Engineer to build a next‑generation Conversational AI platform that delivers accurate, context‑aware responses across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about chatbots, NLP, and AI‑driven user experiences, with hands‑on expertise in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop end‑to‑end conversational AI solutions (chatbots & voice)
- Architect and optimize AI‑driven conversational flows
- Integrate with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams
- Enhance AI models using NLP, ML, and Speech‑to‑Text tuning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across channels
- Strong understanding of data architecture & lifecycle management
- Experience working on enterprise‑scale applications
- Ability to break down user stories into technical tasks
- Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skillsExperience with SAFe Agile methodology
- 5+ years: Full Stack Development (Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- 3+ years: Conversational AI tools (IBM WatsonX, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, etc.)
- Experience with intent training & NLP best practices
- Testing experience: Selenium, JUnit
- Hands‑on with Microservices & OpenShift
