Base pay range

$39.00/hr - $49.00/hr

We are seeking an Application Developer / Software Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex application environments while partnering closely with business and technical teams.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid – Topeka, KS
Must reside in Kansas or Missouri
Monday–Thursday
7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or
6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST

What You’ll Do

Analyze, develop, test, and support application enhancements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system design and integration
Resolve defects and ensure application performance and reliability
Maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards (NERC, SOX, 10 CFR 810)

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of application development experience
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and GitHub
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Technical Skills

Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
Front‑End: React, HTML
APIs: REST
Tools: Power BI, Automic, ODI, GoAnywhere (preferred)
