Compensation: $18-20/hrWhat You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • Coordinate initial consultations with attorneys and paralegals
  • Manage the client intake process and enter information accurately
  • Organize conference rooms for meetings and team sessions
  • Maintain a clean, professional front office environment
  • Handle administrative support including filing, copying, transcribing, and faxing
What You’ll Need to be Considered
  • Ability to create a polished and welcoming first impression
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a busy office
  • Resourceful, proactive approach when issues come up
  • Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred
