Job Summary
Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our clinician owned team. As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Job Responsibilities- Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based, in-home, or community-based settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and other team members
- Implement and maintain a supportive and therapeutic environment
- Competitive compensation up to $24/hour based on registration and experience
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)
- Center-based, in-home or a combination of services are available to create your ideal schedule
- Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services
- Full paid RBT training. Work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
