Ambassador is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Front Desk Coordinator for a short-term 2-month assignment, with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term position with our team. The Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of the branch, serving as the first point of contact for applicants, candidates, and visitors. This position functions much like an Office Manager—keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. A strong Front Desk Coordinator truly becomes the backbone of the branch, helping create a productive and positive environment for the entire team.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused mindset with a friendly, professional presence
- Experience in a high-volume office environment (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
What You’ll Do:
- Pre-screen applicants: Stay informed on current openings to quickly identify and direct qualified candidates to recruiters
- Manage incoming calls: Confidently handle and resolve most calls without escalation
- Assist with applications: Support candidates both in person and over the phone
- Support post-hire processes: Assist with onboarding tasks, including document collection, background checks, E-Verify, and payroll enrollment/cancellation
