- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle Database
- Conduct assessments and prepare assessment reports
- Prepare periodic maintenance reports according to the Scope of Work (minimum monthly)
- Perform troubleshooting remotely and/or onsite at customer locations
- 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Database (installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
- Experience handling Oracle Database RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate
- Oracle Database, related utilities and tools, database version upgrades
- Oracle database physical design, database performance tuning and monitoring
- Oracle database backup and recovery scenarios
- Oracle database user and security management, Oracle resource management, data integrity
- Application-to-database connectivity, operating system platforms for Oracle Database
