Home Medical Training Specialist 31000000 1 Start strong and succeed together! CarePro Home Medical - Cedar Rapids is seeking a full-time Training Specialist for both new hires and existing staff. In this role, youll partner with management to train employees, build skills, and improve performance, ensuring excellent customer service and alignment with department goals. What Youll Do: Collaborates with Home Medical team management to support new hire trainingProvides ongoing training and support to current staffAssists with development and implementation of process improvements and training materials such as guides, checklists, and proceduresCoordinates training events with vendors and third-party training and development facilitatorsAssesses training effectiveness and maintains training recordsStays up to date with store products and services and possesses thorough understanding of Company inventory proceduresOccasional travel required--position will be based in Cedar Rapids office but travel to support other Home Medical locations is required What Were Looking For: College Degree in business, training or healthcare preferredMinimum 1-3 years related experience and/or combination of education and experienceMicrosoft Office experience including excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills requiredKnowledge of home medical equipment and/or respiratory services and experience with third-party insurance benefits and insurance authorization including Medicare and Medicaid preferredMust possess solid technical aptitude and be passionate about helping people learn and grow Additional Requirements: Post-offer background checks, reference checks, TB screen, and drug screen are required.
