What's the Job?
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables.
  • Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with client personnel to meet project goals, leveraging a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy full‑stack applications across UI, backend, and data layers, owning features from design to production release.
  • Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and modern UI experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
What's Needed?
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficiency in frontend development: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server and MongoDB databases.
  • Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and enterprise container platforms.
