Key Details- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
- Commission structure: Up to 90% earned

Responsibilities- Build and sustain high‑value partnerships within business and industrial sectors.
- Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Communicate effectively to support customers’ business goals.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones, prioritizing key account opportunities.
- Implement account partnership strategies, including regular business reviews for key customers.
- Connect with key stakeholders to understand needs and support their choices.
- Coordinate information management across all partnership lifecycle phases.
- Stay informed about new products and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor.
- Integrate all product lines into accounts with a focus on adding value.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development, ideally in industrial gas or related industry.
- Track record of contributing to sales and business development goals.
- Experience using a collaborative sales process to address customer concerns.
- Comfortable with common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
- Proactive approach to identifying client pain points and facilitating technical solutions.
- Skill in building alignment and navigating agreements to meet customer needs.
- Ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to support customers’ success.
- Experience contributing to growth in industrial, commercial, or educational markets.
- Familiarity with industrial, specialty, and medical gases.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); SAP experience preferred.
