Position Summary

The Department of Psychology & Wellness at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is recruiting a psychologist to expand youth assessment services, including ASD and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on youth assessment with flexibility to see therapy clients as desired. Successful candidates may also serve as a faculty member for the APA accredited Internship in Clinical Psychology and the Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical & Developmental Psychology, with opportunities to supervise trainees.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychology assessments for youth, including those with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Deliver therapy services to youth clients as needed.
• Faculty duties supporting the APA accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship programs.
• Supervise trainees (optional based on interest).
• Contribute to clinical service delivery, training program development, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Educational/School Psychology from an APA accredited university.
• Active Indiana license to practice psychology (or willingness to obtain it if licensed in another state).
• Clinical experience with youth from diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, evidence‑based practice.
