About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support key project initiatives through data validation, testing, and analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, consolidate and analyze data, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and supporting project logistics across business and manufacturing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Perform data validation, testing, and qualification to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Consolidate and analyze datasets using Excel and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders and support manufacturing site initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful way.
- Support project logistics as a right-hand resource to leadership.
- Apply knowledge of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) in project activities.
- Contribute to compliance and risk management initiatives (cybersecurity knowledge a plus).
- Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Open to candidates from any industry/domain.
- Experience with manufacturing site initiatives.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, or risk.
