We are currently seeking a Sr. Software Developer to join our team as a full time hybrid
employee in our Franklin, TN office. This position requires a customer-focused, organized, team leader. Strong Java and SQL programming skills are required. Good communication skills are also needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for software operations that aligns with the organization's long-term goals, ensuring software operations contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software operations professionals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership, other senior managers, and department heads to align software operations with the broader organizational strategy and drive cross-functional projects.
- Maintain the stability and reliability of software systems to minimize downtime and disruptions. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Facilitate the efficient deployment of software updates, patches, and new features. Enhance the workflow of deployments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Respond to and resolve software-related incidents and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that software systems adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Document software configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Foster knowledge sharing within the team and with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with end-users, customer support, account management, developers, and other relevant teams.
- Foster collaboration within the team and with other departments for effective software operations.

- Perform PRs of Java and SQL code.

Salary Description
$120,000 - $130,000
