Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient, professional work environment
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for brokers and staff
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants or CPA as needed
- Assist with transaction coordination and document management
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and listing materials
- Maintain property and client databases
- Support marketing efforts (listing updates, basic materials, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar software preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with property management or leasing processes
- Experience with CRM or real estate software platforms
- $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
