Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Power BI solutions using best practices in data modeling, DAX, and visualization.
- Design and optimize Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL integrations for BI reporting.
- Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery: requirements gathering, data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Implement row-level security, performance tuning, and governance strategies in Power BI.
- Develop reusable templates, themes, and components for enterprise-wide BI standardization.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and analysts.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure innovations.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with 5+ years in Power BI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Familiarity with CI/CD for Power BI, DevOps, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100, DP-203) are a plus.
