Overview
The Application Analyst-Clinical Informatics under the guidance of the Manager of Clinical Informatics, is responsible for the development of a strategic plan and implementation/support of a centralized departmental/committee SharePoint site for UPH DM. This role will provide oversight of document control adhering to DNV requirements. Successful job performance will result in greater document access and control with enhanced employee and management productivity. The Application Analyst-Clinical Informatics will work directly with all levels within UPH DM in support of strategic initiatives in collaboration with UPH resources.

Responsibilities
Acts as the UPH-DM lead in communication with the UPH Microsoft Specialists responsible for SharePoint, The HUB and Document Control.
Assures that a centralized UPH-DM SharePoint strategy is developed, implemented and sustained.
Responsible for SharePoint site analysis, planning, development and training for UPH DM
Serves as UPH DM resource for SharePoint administrators
Assures UPH-DM strategies and naming conventions are utilized by all administrators of SharePoint
Assists in the development, communication and implementation of workflows within The HUB related to document control
Responsible for the oversight of the Document Managers, coordinates communication/education needs regarding SharePoint and document control for this group. Ensures documents within The HUB remain current and searchable.
Grants access to new Document Managers and provides training as needed
Acts as the Document Manager for departments with only a few documents
Balances team and individual responsibilities, objective and open to other’s views, gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to positive team goals, puts success of team above own interest.
Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule.
Qualifications
Education: Two-year degree in a computer science related field or two years applicable work experience. Completion of requisite SharePoint training.
Experience: Minimum two years’ experience with computer applications as a primary function required
