About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the CEO, responsible for building and leading a high-impact HR function that is aligned with the organization's growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company maintains its values, accountability, and pace of expansion. The Head of HR will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable people systems, policies, and processes, as well as owning the full spectrum of HR activities, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and development frameworks. A strong focus on succession planning and culture is also a critical aspect of the position.Applicants for this role must have a background in healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e-commerce, with a proven track record in high-growth and public company environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at building from the ground up, commercially minded, and execution-focused. In-person collaboration is highly valued, and the role requires a commitment to being office-based. The Head of HR will also be responsible for ensuring compliance within a public, regulated healthcare environment and for the development and elevation of the existing HR team.
