Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Sheeter Operator:
- Set up and operate sheeter machines according to job tickets and specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate sheet size, count, and quality
- Monitor machine operation and inspect sheets for defects or quality issues
- Record production data, waste, and downtime accurately
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on sheeter equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and SQF standards
- Communicate equipment, safety, or quality issues to supervision
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous sheeter, converting, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read measurements, job tickets, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
