We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Masters Level Clinician to join us in our new In-Home Family Recovery Program, which provides in‑home clinical services to families involved with Child Protection. This role delivers trauma‑informed, harm‑reduction‑based parent‑child and substance use treatment to families with young children (under age 6) using the In‑Home Family Recovery (IHFR) model. The IHFR Clinician builds strong therapeutic relationships with families while supporting safety, stability, and long‑term recovery.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide in‑home psychotherapy and substance use treatment using the IHFR model
  • Deliver culturally responsive, trauma‑informed clinical care to a caseload of up to 12 families
  • Serve as parent‑child therapist for 6 families and behavioral health therapist for 6 families
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and administer standardized assessment tools (DA, ASQ, PSI, CTQ)
  • Collaborate closely with Child Protection and Hennepin County Behavioral Health
  • Participate in weekly consultation sessions to maintain treatment fidelity
  • Facilitate and attend Social Club on a rotating basis
  • Provide transportation and crisis support to participants as needed
  • Build long‑term therapeutic relationships through unconditional positive regard and advocacy
  • Support teammates through case consultation and clinical coverage
  • Apply de‑escalation skills, flexibility, and creativity in dynamic environments

What We’re Looking For:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Licensed (or working toward licensure) in Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders; LADC preferred
  • Experience in parent‑child therapy, substance use treatment, and early childhood mental health
  • Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma‑informed approaches
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks
