Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 5–7 years of experience to join our online banking team. This role focuses on developing secure, high-performance applications that support sign-ins, detections, and transactions. The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week) and operates in a fast-paced, agile environment. There is potential for full-time conversion at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Ensure high standards of security and performance across all application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support online banking operations.
- Participate in team discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience in building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
