What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals promptly and professionally, ensuring no lead goes uncontacted.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather case details and qualify prospective clients against firm criteria.
- Confidently present the firm's services and guide potential clients through the sign-up process hitting weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Follow up persistently with prospects via phone, text, and email to maximize case sign-ups.
- Accurately document all client information and case notes in the firm's case management system (CRM).
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth handoff of newly signed clients.
- Handle client inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing intake role (legal, healthcare, or financial services preferred).
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales conversion goals or KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills warm, persuasive, and clear on both phone and in writing.
- Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Empathy and sensitivity when speaking with injured individuals and their families.
- Proficiency with CRM software or case management systems; ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus additional compensation may be offered.
