Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Process all funding with lenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Prepare and process post-sale documentation, including title and registration paperwork
- Serve as liason and administrative assistant to the sales department
- Track titles and ensure timely receipt and distribution
- Communicate regularly with the DMV and financial institutions
- Coordinate with various counties to manage tax hold payments
- Complete and submit paperwork for out-of-state vehicle sales
- Verify and process funding for checks received from outsourced lenders and banks during sales
- Collaborate closely with our DMV Specialist and third-party titling service provider
- Calculate and process out-the-door pricing for vehicle purchases
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Adobe software
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
