Production Worker - Day Shift

Reports to: Day Shift Production Supervisor

Facility: Dalton Facility - 630 Henry Street, Dalton, OH 44618

Location: Initial training for this role will take place at the Walnut Creek Facility, 2150 SR 39 Sugarcreek, OH 44681.

Pay Rate: Hourly with the opportunity to earn incentive after 90 days

Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (5:30am to 2:00pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to operate small hand tools effectively and safely.
• Learn product part numbers.
• Read order numbers and production labels.
• Having the willingness and ability to cross train job duties within the department.
• Understanding ProVia's level of quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Practice personal safety and comply with all safety practices and procedures.

Physical Job Requirements:

• Some moderate lifting is required.
• Able to swiftly move your hands and feet.
• Clear communication is required.

Other Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude, take direction, and follow through on all assigned tasks.
• Excellent time management skills to carry out the daily checklist.
