What You Can Expect
- 30 minute appointment times to allow for thorough care and client communication
- A well trained, supportive technical team to help you stay focused on medicine
- A collaborative environment with multiple doctors available for case discussion
- AI assisted medical record scribing to significantly reduce time spent on documentation
Mentorship & Support
Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced veterinarian, we provide:
- Structured mentorship and guidance tailored to your experience level
- A team that encourages questions, collaboration, and continued learning
- Support in surgery, diagnostics, and case management as needed
Work-Life Balance

- Flexible scheduling options
- 2-3 day work week with every other Saturday (8:00 am-1:00 pm)
- No after-hours or on call requirements
