Operate shop equipment such as lasers, benders, presses, welding, and polishing equipment to produce high‑quality metal parts. Duties include loading material, running machines, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
What You’ll Do- Operate a variety of shop equipment and fabrication processes
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards
- Support production flow and team operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands‑on work preferred
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $5/hour 2nd shift premium
