Key Responsibilities
- Ensure business continuity by serving as the trusted authority for high-stakes production issue resolution, including dedicated on-call weekend support.
- Act as the primary contact for data integrity, executing large-scale optimizations such as deleting millions of records to prevent system downtime.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to write advanced SQL queries, accelerating problem resolution and reducing dependency on the database team.
- Own the monthly Pega release cycle, overseeing all activities from QA testing through final deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, database, and infrastructure teams to maintain system performance and reliability.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Pega Platform & Release Management: Proven experience in Pega application development, case management, and managing full release cycles including testing and deployment.
- Database & Optimization Skills: Strong command of SQL and large-scale data operations, ensuring integrity and system performance. Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to handle critical production incidents, including availability for on-call weekend rotations.
