Role Description
Hours can be somewhat flexible, but this is an on-site role for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Katz & Phillips, P.A., based in Orlando, FL. The selected candidate will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing and organizing documents, and managing administrative tasks. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals to ensure the timely progression of cases.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage case files and meet deadlines
- Previous experience working in a legal or law firm environment is preferred.
- Civil law firm experience is plus.
- Spanish Speaking strongly preferred.
