Allied Universal - Holiday Way - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and/or report security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.; Support staff and visitors with directions, general assistance, and incident reporting while maintaining awareness of healthcare location protocols and daily operations.
