This is a field marketing role serving the Midwest Region. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Outreach to Professionals – Provide program education and develop referral relationships with clinical professionals for eating disorder and mood & anxiety. Work with hospitals and behavioral health facilities to identify appropriate patients, build relationships with medical centers, physicians, integrated delivery networks, therapy groups, and private practices. Accountable to budget and census needs within the designated geography. Responsible for meeting activity metrics and census fulfillment and adjusting strategy based on market trends.
- Events Planning and Hosting – Organize and facilitate outreach symposiums and trainings to ensure ERC/Pathlight visibility in the community. Work with the Director to identify opportunities, suitable speakers, and relevant topics.
- CRM Input & Management – Maintain the CRM efficiently and timely, including accurate market and referral information and follow‑up.
- Internal meetings and duties – Provide updates on competitor activity, promote positive rapport with clinical leadership, contribute to internal marketing initiatives, demonstrate expertise with services and modalities, and serve on ad‑hoc committees such as marketing, conference, and communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling/Mental Health, Marketing or a related field such as communications, public relations, business.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- 2+ years medical or behavioral health outreach experience – REQUIRED
- 2+ years of medical/behavioral sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
