HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate specialized clinical programs within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this key role, you will use your nursing expertise and organizational skills to support high-quality, patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams. The RN Program Coordinator will oversee daily program operations, collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients and families participating in the program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining care pathways and protocols, coordinating patient scheduling and follow-up, tracking clinical outcomes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards. You will collect and analyze program data to identify trends, support performance improvement initiatives, and assist in preparing reports and educational materials. The role involves onboarding and educating staff on program processes, facilitating team communication, and supporting evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
