What You’ll Do
  • Operate diverse equipment: work with a wide range of machinery, including mixing equipment, dryers, milling and crushing equipment, kilns, vacuum hot presses, furnaces, and powder processing equipment.
  • Ensure quality & service: take pride in manufacturing, inspecting, and packaging products to meet quality standards.
  • Continuous rotating shift: 12‑hour rotating shifts—including weekends and holidays—with overtime opportunities based on business needs.
  • Accurately read, understand, and execute work orders.
  • Operate a fork truck (training provided).
  • Learn and perform all required duties independently and safely.
  • Communicate effectively with shift personnel and support all manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality standards for optimal product manufacture and distribution.
Essential Skills

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with co‑workers, plant staff, and management.
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and mechanical skills.
  • Previous forklift truck certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move items up to 60 pounds (with or without accommodations).
  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the plant, including climbing stairs and working at heights.
  • Able to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with meal break.
  • Visual acuity to perform job functions correctly.
Compensation

Hourly pay: $21.75 per hour, plus a shift differential of $1.30 per hour (6% of the base rate). Eligible for an annual bonus up to 5 – 10 % of the hourly rate, based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (hourly pay rate and bonus, annualized at 40 hrs week × 52 weeks) is approximately $47,900.00. Standard overtime is  × the hourly rate.
