Role And Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Configure and support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support release cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data integrity/security.
• Optimize existing integrations and workflows to improve performance and compliance.
• Act as a technical SME for Workday integration and system administration.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday integrations and configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Expertise with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Solid understanding of data encryption, authentication, and security protocols.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
