Step into a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity, providing essential speech and language services to preschool students. Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Recent experience delivering school-based speech therapy, ideally with preschoolers
- Comfort managing a moderate caseload and handling documentation requirements
- Strong communication skills and an approachable, team-oriented spirit
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and ongoing evaluations of students’ speech/language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication skills
- Maintain records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support generalization of skills in classroom settings
