### **Required Skills:** - 15+ years' software development, strong **Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices** - Hands-on with **ORM frameworks (Hibernate, Entity, Dapper)** - API AuthN/AuthZ using **oAuth** - RDBMS: Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres - **Automated testing** (JUnit) and API validation (Swagger, Postman) - Tools: Jira, GitLab, Docker, SonarQube, Kafka (nice to have) - Logging/monitoring: ELK, Kibana, Dynatrace - Strong **Agile/Scrum** experience; leadership in sprints and code quality - Financial domain experience preferred - Awareness of **BIAN framework** (nice to have) - Excellent communication and collaboration with tech and business stakeholders
