Casual Production Worker

Looking for a challenging yet rewarding career with a company that produces some of the world's most recognizable products? In your role as a Casual Production Worker in our Pikeville, KY, plant you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication skills and attention to detail to keep the plant in tip‑top shape! You will attend a 2‑day orientation training onsite and have the flexibility to work as needed at a rate of $16.20 per hour.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

• Safety First–From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed following company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Let's Get Tidy–Get to know all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment.
• Team Player–Provide coverage for other employees who may be on extended work schedules, vacations, and other time off.
• Go, Team, Go!–Establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Ability to stand for long hours and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
