Job Title- AWS Solution Architect
Location- Ridgefield Park, NJ
Required Skills/Knowledge
• MUST have AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification. Plus for Professional Certificate
• 7+ years of experience in designing and architecting cloud solutions
• 5+ years of experience as a AWS Solutions Architect
• MUST have experiences in AWS Cloud Migration Project including landing zone setup
• Advanced experience with architecting microservices, containerization, and event-driven architecture for AWS
• Experience architecting Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory and SAML
• Experience with the migration for monolithic applications to AWS or any other CSP with 6Rs, including Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retain, and Retire
• Advanced experience implementing a DevOps strategy for engineers
• Background in agile software development
• Experience defining technology standards for an organization
• Experience managing internal and external teams at the same time, working with multiple brands and digital properties of varying maturities
• Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members, resolving competing or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solution
• Ability to be versatile and handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations
• A passion for mentoring and growing the potential of others
• Passion for Automation and hunger for Acceleration; Keen knowledge of DevOps
• Ability to translate ideas into solutions based on user and business needs
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and bring new ideas to the table
• Programming technologies, including Java, .NET Core, C# would be plus
• Data technologies, including MSSQL, NoSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle would be plus
• Front-end technologies, including Angular, Node, React, etc. would be plus
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
