  • Translate business problems into AI‑enabled use cases, solutions, and roadmaps
  • Demonstrate conceptual understanding of AI, ML, and GenAI capabilities and limitations
  • Conduct AI integration and workflow audits to uncover efficiency, automation, and cost‑saving opportunities
  • Perform market, competitor, and trend analysis to stay current with the evolving AI ecosystem (LLMs, agentic AI, automation platforms)
AI Enablement, Analytics & Execution Support

(Focus: Bridging strategy with technical execution—without heavy coding)

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide AI implementation and experimentation
  • Support prototyping of AI or agentic workflows (e.g., LLM‑based agents using LangChain or MCP concepts)
  • Develop and track metrics for ROI, productivity gains, model performance, and operational risk
  • Understand and evaluate ML models, AI tools, automation platforms, and AI‑assisted development workflows
  • Translate technical outputs (e.g., model accuracy, F1 scores, system performance) into clear business or operational insights
  • Build foundational AI and analytical literacy internally through documentation, learning sessions, and use‑case storytelling
Stakeholder Communication, Governance & Change Management

(Focus: Adoption, trust, and responsible AI use)

  • Communicate AI outcomes, limitations, and trade‑offs effectively to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Educate teams to enable practical AI adoption and behavioral change
  • Promote ethical, secure, and privacy‑aware AI usage, especially across sensitive datasets
  • Support AI governance efforts by advising on ethical implications, data security, bias, and compliance considerations
  • Act as a change catalyst, helping teams transition from traditional workflows to AI‑augmented processes

  • Data Science / Artificial Intelligence (BSc / BA in Data Science, BSc in Artificial Intelligence, MSc in AI)

A \"self‑starter\" mentality with a track record of managing independent projects or startups is a huge plus. 0–3 years of experience with analytics‑heavy coursework (inclusive of high‑impact internships or technical projects). Core ML concepts, ML/AI certifications, Hands‑on AI tooling, Automation & scalability understanding is preferred.

Who You Are
