Seeking two licensed Social Workers to support students in a school setting for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in Peralta, NM. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop support plans tailored to student needs
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed case notes in compliance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines
- Implement intervention strategies promoting positive student outcomes and a supportive school climate
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and enhance student success
- Current state licensure as a Social Worker, preferably Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) considered with clinical supervision arrangements in place
- Experience working with children and families in school or clinical settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
